Hibbs’ tenure, the Marlboro Schools established a full-day kindergarten program, and Marlboro's Frank Defino Elementary School was honored as a 2022 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the U.S. Hibbs’ leadership, the Marlboro Township Public Schools received state and national recognition for the District’s strong data processes and utilization of digital tools by the New Jersey Department of Education, Achieve3000, Edmentum, Math IXL, Mind Research, and Google.ĭuring Dr. Hibbs professes belief in purposeful, planned, executed, and inspected systems for change and improvement, and the use of data to drive decisions and support student learning.
